FAQ: Can I set up my reaction at room temperature?
Both enzymes present in the Universal WarmStart LAMP Master Mix are WarmStart® formulations (Bst 2.0 WarmStart and RTx WarmStart). Accordingly, reactions can be prepared at room temperature without significantly affecting LAMP activity.
