9°Nm DNA Polymerase (Glycerol-free)  3´ → 5´ exonuclease-deficient version of the DNA polymerase from the hyperthermophilic marine archaea Thermococcus sp. 9°N. It is extremely thermostable and can be used for PCR as well as applications requiring strand displacement activity.

DNA specific exonuclease that catalyzes the removal of nucleotides from linear or nicked double-stranded DNA in the 5´ to 3´ direction.

Phosphatase

Apyrase (Glycerol-free)

Highly active ATP-diphosphodyhydrolase that catalyzes the sequential hydrolysis of ATP to ADP and ADP to AMP releasing inorganic phosphate.

ssDNA Binding

T4 Gene 32 Protein (Glycerol-free)

Single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) binding protein required for bacteriophage T4 replication and repair.

Protease

Thermolabile Proteinase K (Glycerol-free)

Recombinant, heat-inactivated Proteinase K is engineered for complete inactivation at 55°C in 10 minutes with broad protease activity for digestion of proteins in nucleic acid preparations and other applications.
