FAQ: Can I use more than one modified NTP in the same IVT? Will this impact yield?
Yes. Using multiple modified NTPs in the same IVT is possible. This may slightly reduce IVT yield compared to reactions using only canonical NTPs. Minimum yield for NEB RNA synthesis kits will be achieved with complete substation of modified NTPs.
